At Fehners Software we are committed to making sure your data remains yours and no one else's.

All data is kept on your device unless you sign up to our optional sync service, in which case your data is also stored securely on our server. Data stored on our server is only accessible by people you have shared your login details with — no other individual or company has access to it.

Data retention

Data is held on our server for a period of 2 years, after which it is permanently removed. You'll receive an email one month prior to deletion containing a link to postpone the removal of your data if you wish.

At any point you can request the immediate deletion of your data by emailing us at support@fehnerssoftware.com, or by following the Support link at the top of this page.

Analytics & crash reporting

We integrate Fabric.io's Crashlytics to analyse and fix crashes, and Answers to provide anonymous basic analytics so we can understand which features are most used and where to focus future updates.
